Hiring a photographer for a destination wedding was a little stressful. We weren’t able to meet prior, which wasn’t a big deal to us, but still a little uncertainty with that. His portfolio was so spectacular that I knew there was no way we could go wrong, and I was absolutely correct.
Chris quietly bopped around our respective rooms taking some prep photos (which I didn’t necessarily need, but am so glad we got!). Our ceremony was so small that I wasn’t sure if we’d feel his presence or hear him moving around the crowd but honestly I had no clue he was even there and the photos of the ceremony were so spectacular. We had a sunset ceremony so the lighting was tricky for him, but the way the pics came out were just breathtaking!
After the ceremony we weren’t sure where best to get some photos, we made some suggestions, he made some suggestions and we ended up having a lot of fun. We also asked Chris to join us the day after the ceremony at the beach for additional photos. It was a much more casual day, so he lounged with us, snapped some photos, we all made friends and were telling stories, it felt like he was just a good friend hanging out with us and snapping some photos while hanging at the beach.”
