Your Wedding Day Detailed

Here’s a detailed guide about my services, artistic approach, and a timeline of what to expect before, during, and after your wedding.

1. Getting in touch

After receiving your email, our team will use the provided details to create a tailor-made wedding package. Key details: date, location, size, and your vision for photography.

2. Closing the deal

Once you decide to work with me, I’ll send a contract outlining the basic details and request a 30% downpayment to secure the date. You’ll also receive a pre-wedding form to fill out.

3. Consultation meeting

We’ll arrange a video call to get to know each other and answer any questions you might have about the service or decisions you need help with.

4. Wedding day: Arriving.

On your big day, I’ll arrive at least 30 minutes early to meet you and prepare. If chosen, I work with a second photographer or an assistant.

5. Getting ready

I love capturing the candid moments of preparation. With the two-photographer option, we ensure full coverage of both parties.

6. The Ceremony

During the ceremony, I discreetly capture your special moments without interference. Afterward, we typically do formal portraits with friends and family.

7. Photo Session

We’ll take some relaxed and natural photos with the wedding party and then with just the two of you, letting real emotions flow.

8. Reception

As the party begins, I’ll continue to capture moments unobtrusively. I’ll be ready for any events during the reception.

9. Delivery

After the wedding, it will take roughly 4 to 5 weeks to receive your final photos. I put a lot of love and care into the editing process to ensure the best quality.
